After you finish your worship plan design, you are ready to export it. The most common export option is PDF. You can either email or print the PDF. You'll find the Export and Print option under the Options menu. When you select that, you will see an Export Options dialogue. While there are many options that you can choose to include or not include in your exported worship plan, we have simplified these with three basic templates. 1. Leader VersionThe leader version has all the options included by default. If you deselect any of the options, this will become a default Custom view for the next time you Export a liturgy. Below, you can see the options available, and the resulting PDF export layout.

2. Summary VersionThe summary version includes everything except for the expanded details of each in your liturgy. Generally, this will trim the printed liturgy down to just a page or two. The summary version may be helpful for sound and tech support individuals.

3. Congregational VersionThe congregational version includes the full details of the items in your liturgy, without the gridlines and columns of technical information (i.e. Key, BPM, Time, etc.). You may want to shorten the congregational version by deselecting the lyrics. As long as lyrics are entered between hard brackets in the worship plan [like this], lyrics can be turned on and off from this option box.
